Anything other than 8 digits that are not separated by a - will fail in the event of an emergency. The purpose of this information for the DO only is so that we can reach you in the event that a wide spread or personal emergency arises and we need to get a hold of you. Putting anything other than the straight 8 digits slows us down tremendously when it comes to reaching you en masse. Having the info incorrectly may result in failed attempts to reach you.
